Every year, BJ posts this, and every year I wait for it.
PS: Tonight we are relaxing in Daytona Beach and if this doesn't become the next gay mecca well I just don't know what will. Wonderfully quirky downtown-by-the-sea with dozens of leather shops and lots of affordable "old-style" Florida homes and not a single McMansion.

Well with the hell of Bike Week in Daytona, as well as all of the girls gone wild spring break vacationers, I'm sure it is safe from our gentrifying clutches for a few more years.
Hi, guys--hope you're having a very happy Christmas!
I don't know much about Daytona Beach, but unless there is something to draw the pretty boys, it won't be happening soon. Because if the pretty boys aren't there, then those who love the pretty boys (which is pretty much everyone else in the gay world) won't be heading there either.
David, I kinda like the big, handsome MEN.
Will, big handsome men are merely a subset of "pretty boys."
add me to the list of non-pretty boy lovers.
as for Daytona Beach, it will *never* be a gay mecca. although in the 70's I often hit the clubs there, just for break from the Parliament House.
Zodiac was our usual place in DB.
David, as the French say, "vive la difference!"
well the beach and the quaint downtown sounds charming. who knew? daytona beach of the race cars?? and wasn't there some serial killer who hailed from daytona?
by the way, i, too, wanted cha cha heels. sigh.
