HK Lounge

Looks like we will have our Friday evening Meet-and-Greet at HK Lounge. No, the HK does not stand for Hong Kong or Harmon Kardon or Hillary Klinton. It stands for Hell's Kitchen, the newest gay-trendy Manhattan neighborhood in which it is located. They will be offering us drink specials for which you will need a password that I will supply. This is a great space and there is an adjacent restaurant owned by the same folks.

Dear Super Daddy Mark,
I have been assured that the place will be swept for AngerTwinks minutes before our arrival. We will be free to behave as ridiculously as a bear-skinned Brooke Astor.

My flight arrives in New York LaGuardia at 8:45pm. Will anyone still be there at 10pm? I'm hoping we close the joint.

Dear Mike, We will still be there at ten and probably at 11 or beyond, but if I were you, I would go directly from the airport to the HK lounge, if you can delay checking into your hotel until later. We'll keep a candle in the window for you.

I've seen this expression used in a few blogs, but what exactly IS an anger-twink?

I'm very tempted to order a t-shirt even though I won't be there. Oh, how I wish I could be, though!
