Meanwhile Obama stays just as silent as Reagan did on AIDS. Some change. The Ca. court is a disgrace for not being able to uphold impartiality and instead ruling through the lens of their personal biases.

If the Court ruled to overturn Prop. 8, they would have invalidated the will of the voters.

That has implications that go beyond the immediate issue of same-sex marriage in California, if you think about it.

I think the Court did the correct thing; indeed, the only viable solution in this particular instance. It's painful to wait for justice but really, when did anything worthwhile ever come easily?
