At issue is the tissue.

The real offense here is not cruising but littering.
Gentlemen of the world, pick up after yourselves. While using the condom is admirable, no one ought to find to find it and your used kleenex by the garden gate.

Thank you! We need to bring back Woodsy Owl who once told us to "Give a Hoot - Don't Pollute!" Except we need a mascot to address the particular issue of spent condom littering. Perhaps the Condom Condor, who looks down at those who litter their condoms?

Jimbo, I love the idea of the "Condom Condor"! I'll see if I can work something up on Photoshop!

I have a garden plot in the Fenway Victory Gardens in Boston. Considering some of the things that are found in the paths or gardens, tissues and used condoms are the least of our worries.

Still, it would be nice if people picked up after themselves. Maybe the Condom Condor could go national.

While ostensibly I agree that people should pick up after themselves, I must admit to a frisson of arousal when I happen across a used condom in my travels around the City. The imagination just starts to kick in.
